At eLeash, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return policy — no questions asked.
30-Day Free Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@eleash.co with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Optional: photo of the product
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return label or further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or damaged items due to misuse
- Final sale or gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank again
- Contact your credit card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.
